30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions

• Skincare, hair care, and personal care items must be unused and unopened for hygiene reasons.
• Tools and accessories must be in original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping. You never pay return shipping for our mistakes.

How to start a return

Email support@maxxlookstore.com with your order number and we will reply with instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
