Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Typical delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Some items may ship separately; you will receive tracking for each shipment.

Rates

• Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
• Orders under $50: rate calculated at checkout.

Issues

If your tracking has not moved for more than 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 15 business days, email support@maxxlookstore.com and we will investigate, replace, or refund.
